What is a Squat Jump?

A Squat Jump is a full-body exercise that primarily strengthens the legs and core. The squat movement focuses on developing the quadriceps and calf muscles while the jump adds a heart rate-boosting cardio element to your strength training.

How do you do a Squat Jump?

    Start with your feet slightly further than to hip-width apart in a parallel position, your arms raised straight up. Squat down by pushing your weight back into your heels and your tailbone back, ensuring that your knees do not collapse inwardly. Keep your chest upright.
