Didn't love that cell phones are allowed in the studio - hard to relax and prepare for class when someone is talking nonstop on a call.

A little bit more flow than other classes which is nice. + Nice easy “Sunday morning” type playlist. Really great class. Also if you’re more advance she will adapt for you. ( though I’m not) ;)

I would’ve liked just a little bit more instruction on a handful of the poses I haven’t practiced at other studios, but it was easy enough to catch up. She was very knowledgeable, personable, and was able to explain how the therapy benefited her in her own experience. The tank was obviously very cold but I loved how my body felt afterwards. The facility was nice and clean. The staff was welcoming and I’ll def be back for more sessions.

The receptionist was kind enough to reschedule me for later in the day which was an inconvenience for both of us but at least I was accommodated. But then instead of a 90 mins, I was only tended for 60 mins. I feel like I should be owed a refund for the 30 mins. The massage itself was a good one. Anna, the masseuse is good, my mid-back was hurting from computer work and I walked away with alleviated pain.

So before you book an appointment through ClassPass, make sure you check on the website and email her to ensure that the spot is open once I got there and she got started on the points that I was concerned about. I can tell you that it was probably one of the best massages I’ve gotten and I’m planning to return! She worked on my back and shoulders and even provided with stretching tips at the end. Totally worthwhile! 100% recommend !
