It was my first SoulCycle (& cycling in general) class & I didn’t feel pressured to perform in the same way the more experienced riders were. The seats are quite uncomfortable & was the most painful aspect of the experience (even w/ a thick bottom), so be prepared for that. Overall 8/10.

    As a beginner, I really appreciate all the form cues from Victor. Especially cues like how much weight should be in each leg for certain punches and how close or far back I need to be from the bag. Such a good full body class my shoulders are on 🔥! I love the freestyle sections when you can just get your anger out on the bag. Victor is a fun and motivating instructor and super cool to chat with after class.

    Full Body Strength

    This was my first time doing strength training and while I was a little nervous the class was great! Kaitlyn was super helpful and supportive all the way through which made me feel like I could push myself to complete the workouts and the space was very nice and spacious. Definitely a little sore now but happy to visit again!
