The owner herself did my last lift and it was a great first experience (I was so relaxed that I feel asleep multiple times throughout the process). Since you have to have your eyes closed for a long time, I’d recommend wearing glasses instead of contacts so your eyes don’t get too dry/irritated from being closed with contacts in.

I’d never done a firm massage before, I usually do a Swedish massage with light to medium pressure, but I’d been dealing with some stubborn knots on my back and behind my shoulder blades so I decided to try requesting firm. Boy, was I impressed! I also had never requested for someone to walk on my back but I decided to try it. Definitely recommend this place and this particular massage. Oh, and I did the hot stones too with Gua sha which was really soothing. 10/10 would recommend!

The ticking sound is distracting at first but deep breathing and focusing on the energy pulses will eventually drown out that sound. I’d try it again since the first 15 minutes, I was doing a lot of overthinking but I finally started feeling relaxed towards the end. Also, the front desk girl is very nice. I wish I got her name, she was very sweet and had great energy as well.
