    I really like Jeffrey’s classes they are difficult but they build up well. His workouts are easy to recreate but the actual move really is so harddd. You will come out of that class with a juicier booty and rock hard abs. I also appreciate that he looks after everyone in the class and ensures you’re doing the movements correctly and have perfect form. He will offer to adjust you, which I found is super important for a good quality workout!

    I can’t say enough good things about Mahsa and her Reformer Total Body Tone class. She’s honestly amazing! You can tell she really cares about everyone in the class, no matter their level. She’s super attentive, always making sure you’re doing the moves correctly and safely. Plus, her energy is so motivating—it makes you want to give your best every time. Mahsa creates such a welcoming vibe; it’s clear she genuinely wants everyone to feel good and reach their goals. She’s patient, encouraging, and just overall such a caring person.     Best Pilates class and instructor in the city. This is a great workout, whether you do it alone or as a compliment to strength training. The instructor does a great job of providing a challenging workout that still pulls from the basic principles of Pilates. The class is accessible, powerful and fun. I find most of the Pilates classes in Toronto to be either too dull or too trendy. This is neither of those. I hope to see her teach more often at PF.

    Okay Spinco knows what they are doing here. If you go to spin a lot - Spinco will meet your needs. They know the standard folks expect and keep to it. Clean modern bikes and studio, and great instructor.. Customer service is also top notch. I let the front desk know about the person next to me who was on their iwatch/phone a lot and doing their own thing which was pretty distracting. They heard me and said they would send this person a reminder of class etiquette. As I was leaving they came over to me and shared that they would comp me the class. Wow. The instructor also came over to me to apologies for missing seeing that. So Spinco - appreciate the standards you looking to keep up and make sure people have a good experience here. Appreciate it and I will be back for sure.

    I enjoyed this sweat flow class more than the other sweat flow I attended at Chi Junky. Amanda's energy felt more warm and welcoming than I'd previously experienced. The playlist was great, and the volume was high, but I could still hear her instructions. I do enjoy the challenge of these classes, but sometimes I find the vibe too intense.     My first class at the studio: combos were quick but the class was small and Mariah was able to do a demo, then support anyone that needed it. I really enjoyed the class, and can’t wait to try more.

    The staff is really great, and I like that they push you and give you heavier weights if the ones you have look too easy. They also give you pointers with your form which is helpful since there are no mirrors. Great workout!

    GET STRONG (Studio)

    The class size was quite small, only 5 people when I went which meant a lot of guidance from our instructor Sydney. She was great about giving form corrections for anyone that needed it. This workout was definitely focused more on building strength and keeping up good form rather than high intensity. People of all abilities can take this class confidently.
