The class was really challenging but provided options for higher (beast) and lesser (warrior) intensity for different fitness levels.     This class was absolutely amazingggg. I was late to class because of traffic and I couldn’t find parking but Zalie was so kind. Megan who works at the front desk was helping me set up and do the warm up. She was such a gem in getting me comfortable and helping me out. Zalie emphasized how important it is to warm up, and I love that! At first I was so confused about the routine but once you start doing it, it’s really organized. I loved how she spent time with each student. She corrected my form but at the same time she was relatable and laughed along with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The community here is so supportive and everyone was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back even though I live quite far away!

    Jackie’s class was great! She really explained the movements well and why they are beneficial for parts of the body. Her description and demonstration of movements helped to target the areas we were working on, and she made sure to advise of what kind of feeling should be present when performing a specific movement to ensure accuracy.     She is my favorite Pilates instructor. She is very attentive, and her instructions are always clear and easy to follow. The movements she teaches are both challenging and rewarding, helping me improve my strength and flexibility with each session. I highly recommend her classes!
