すべてのレビューを表示I thought this class already had more than enough glowing reviews, but I can't help adding one more. I started coming about a 8 months ago, and from that first session, I was hooked. Every time I leave, I feel physically stronger and emotionally lighter. The instructors have this incredible way of pushing you to your limits while making you feel supported and capable. They genuinely care about your progress, and that makes all the difference. This class has become something I truly look forward to each week. The community here is special—everyone, from the instructors to the other participants, is kind and welcoming. If I could give this a 100 star review I would. Come try this class/ gym out! :)

すべてのレビューを表示Alexandra was an amazing instructor! This class was definitely not what I was expecting but I’m glad I pushed myself out my comfort zone. We all sat in a circle and it was beautiful. It was definitely weird and awkward but with uncomfortabilty you learn so much about yourself. This was definitely interesting!

Class was open to all levels because the teacher showed every single move on the mat and around the class and also showed how we can further deepen, and gave more advanced options as well. She also spotted us during our handstands and took time to explain a pose for me after class. Would definitely recommend and would want more classes from this teacher.

すべてのレビューを表示This is the best Zumba class in Miami, hands down! The choreography was easy to learn and great for cardio. The instructor always does a somewhat ‘simplified’ version of the sequence so you can ease into it, and then adds complexity once he feels most of class got a hang of it. It is great for newcomers, and more experienced people can embellish and explore if they feel like it. I was sweating by the end of the warm up, but the energy of the class won’t let you stop dancing!

I love the green it feels like you’re in Costa Rica. Everyone from the the front desk to the instructors are so nice. They also have the cutest little Frenchie at front desk 🐶 to welcome you. I took Roya’s Arms class and it was the best toning class, I’ve ever taken. I found my new favorite workout spot 🤩 and can’t wait to try all the formats they offer. 1000% recommend you won’t be disappointed.
