すべてのレビューを表示I’m not very experienced with yoga but this class is great for all levels. The instructor, Ryan, is what makes this class so special. He is patient and his cueing is impeccable. But it’s his calm, soothing voice, spiritual guidance, and warm humor that will make you want to start every Sunday with him. The rooftop view is just the icing on the cake.

Class was open to all levels because the teacher showed every single move on the mat and around the class and also showed how we can further deepen, and gave more advanced options as well. She also spotted us during our handstands and took time to explain a pose for me after class. Would definitely recommend and would want more classes from this teacher.

The class was small - just two of us, I felt immediately welcomed you can tell this is a space made for TRAINING it’s not the boujee Miami you usually see which I personally loved. It reminded me of gymnastics when I was a kid but it’s all very professional and organized and the instructor made it a personal and enjoyable experience.

Reading the other reviews, I knew Joal would be great, but I was still impressed! Could not recommend him more. He found tension I had forgotten I had stored! I woke up pain free for the first time in weeks, and am sending my partner to him as well. You can hear people and doors outside the room but that did not distract me/was not a problem for me at all, just a little note in case you are extra sensitive to sound.
